This months class is Brisket. Chase was scheduled to teach this class but family matters have come up that will not allow him to make the class. Richard will be teaching Chase's recipe, with a Prime brisket. We will get Chase to teach another brisket class later next year.
The class starts promptly at 6:30PM on Thursday December 14, 2023. We will teach how to select, trim, season, inject and smoke a full packer brisket and burnt ends. We will have samples after the class that were cooked during the day. There is a cost for this class to help cover the expense of putting on the event. The cost is $85.00 We will provide the spices and rubs to do the recipe at home. The value of this is approximately $40.00 and is included in the registration fee of $85.00.
