Doug Smith of the 'Smokin Elvises' Competition BBQ Team will be teaching a class for us on Smoking  Brisket. 

The class starts promptly at 6:30PM on Thursday December 1st, 2022.

Doug will teach us how to prepare and smoke a traditional full packer brisket.  We will have samples after the class that were cooked by Doug during the day.  

There is a cost for this class to help cover the expense of putting on the event.  The cost is $85.00  We will provide a bag of the injection,  and rubs to do the recipe at home, as well as a bag of premium Mesquite pellets.  The value of this is approximately $60.00 and is included in the registration fee of $85.00.

Doug did a test cook with these exact products last week and brought brisket lunch to the store for us.  It was FANTASTIC! We all loved it.  You are going to really like this recipe.
