Glen & Ami of the "Curly Bird BBQ Team" will be teaching our January class on "Football Food".  These  finger snacks will make you the pitmaster of your neighborhood.

Since their last class, Glen and Ami have joined the 2023 Prairie Fresh Honor Roll and finished their first full season 3rd in ribs (OKBS), 6th in chicken (OKBS), 4th overall (OKBS), and 13th place for ribs (KCBS).  Glen & Ami are up and comers in KCBS and OKBS.

Our class starts promptly at 6:30PM on Thursday January 25th, 2024.

Glen & Ami will teach us how to prepare and smoke 5 different smoked appetizers.  We will have samples after the class that were cooked by Glen & Ami during the day.  There is a cost for this class to help cover the expense of putting on the event.  The cost is $45.00
