Doug Smith of the 'Smokin Elvises' Competition BBQ Team will be teaching a class for us on Smoking  Turkey. 

The class starts promptly at 6:30PM on Wednesday November 2, 2022.

Doug will teach us how to prepare and smoke a traditional stuffed whole bird and also a spatchcock bird.  We will have samples after the class that were cooked by Doug during the day.  

There is a cost for this class to help cover the expense of putting on the event.  The cost is $85.00  We will provide all of the spices and brine to do the recipe at home.  The value of this is approximately $50.00 and is included in the registration fee of $85.00.  Below is a picture and list of the supplies included with your registration fee.
